At Private Life, each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.
No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Incorrect size or fit
- Change of mind
- Color or style preference
- Delayed delivery once shipped
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images carefully before placing an order.
Exchanges (Extreme Circumstances Only)
Exchanges are considered only in rare and extreme circumstances, such as:
- You received a defective item
- You received the wrong item compared to your order
- The item arrived damaged due to manufacturing issues (not wear and tear)
All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by our team.
Exchange Conditions
If an exchange is approved:
- The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of issue (photos or video) is required
- Approved exchanges will be for the same item (size or color only), subject to availability
We reserve the right to deny any exchange that does not meet these conditions.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances:

- Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper care
- Items reported after the allowed request period
Shipping Costs
